10-Minute No-Bake Snickers Cake + 100 Years Of Pyrex

Sponsored by: Pyrex®, a World Kitchen brand

Time is a funny thing. It it a constant game of speed up, slow down.

One day I am mentally pep-talking myself through Avery’s toddler mayhem, assuring myself I’ve been here before and there is light at the end of this toddler tunnel– and the next, I am pulling out my Pyrex measuring cups and baking dishes, fulfilling birthday cake requests for my oldest’s TENTH birthday and wondering where I can find the pause button.

We headed to my Mother’s house this weekend for an early “double digit” celebration with this ooey gooey Snickers ice-cream cake that you guys are going to L-O-V-E, not only because it is incredibly delish, but because it literally takes 10 minutes to create!

Are you drooling?

Wait til’ you see how easy it was to make.

But first, can we talk about how silly-excited I was to use my new Pyrex 3-Qt Portable Bag to transport this sweet treat?

Is it perfect or what??

It’s part of a limited edition vintage-inspired collection celebrating Pyrex’s 100th anniversary – and comes with an icepack that tucks into an inside sleeve, so it’s perfect for baked dishes as well as yummy cold make-and-takes like this one.

Pyrex glassware is a kitchen staple that I guard with my life because cooking/baking without it just isn’t the same.

So while we raise our glasses and indulge in lots of cake to celebrate our son’s “double digit milestone” and our decade of parenting (OMG!), lets all raise our (measuring) glasses to toast this kitchen icon to an even brighter future filled with lots of delicious meals and sweet treats!
