Back To School Haul At The Mills At Jersey Gardens!

While I know some of you are already back-to-school, here Thursday is the big day!!!

It has been a busy and fun summer, but it’s time to get back to routines and… {gulp} …homework! This weekend we did a major back-to-school shopping haul at The Mills At Jersey Gardens and I am sharing a bunch of my favorite finds over on their Instagram today!  Hop on by and check it out starting at (10:30am ET)

As the kids get older, back to school shopping is getting a little more challenging. I don’t have as much of a say with the older two as I once did– and call me a control freak if you will, but loosening up those reigns to let them buy clothes that aren’t personally what I would recommend can be haaarrrrd, you guys!

Even when I think I know what my son is going to like he does a complete 180 on me!

Case in point: He is camo obsessed! I mean literally everything the boy picks out is camo. He was on the hunt for a windbreaker jacket for back to school and we found the absolute perfect camo one in Zumiez at The Mills At Jersey Gardens for $40!

He was underwhelmed by our find.

Do you know what he ended up purchasing? A bright WHITE one.

WHITE.

I can overlook it screaming summer because I am not big on following the no white after labor day rule, but do you know how long that jacket will be white?….  yeah, you do. *bangs head on wall* But… he loves it…. apparently more than camo.

Le sigh.

Anywhooo, in addition to the Camo– the 90’s revivals are continuing to trend stronger than ever– LOVE!

It is all about the Adidas Superstars, Jansport backpacks, mini backpacks, combat boots, dark florals– yes, yes, yes!!!
