After years of being super loyal to IT Cosmetics Bye-bye Under-eye (which by the way, still love!), I decided to give Tarte’s Shape Tape a whirl because I was looking for a more lightweight concealer for summer. Not only does this concealer cover those dark circles and blend like a dream, but much like Bye-bye under-eye, just a teeny-tiny bit can go a looong way.
