Monday we kicked off a 3 part style series to discuss some of the hottest trends this fall.
Today, is installment numero dos of the series and we are talking boots & bags …. SWOON!
Boots are my weakness, you guys! Next to fall leaves, crisp chilly air and a Vente Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks (hold the whip, please), boots may just be my favorite part of fall.
My 18 year old sister calls her over the knee boots her “Confidence Boots’, and really? Don’t all boots posses that power when they are “the right” boot for you?
If you have legs for days, ROCK ON! Over the knee boots are HOT!
For those of us that are thigh conscious, over the knee boots can be tricky because what you wear beneath the boot can “shorten” the appearance of your leg- and draw attention to your thigh area.
So does that mean we can’t wear them if we don’t have the legs of a Victoria Secret model? Ummm… absolutely not! If you find a pair that calls to you, channel that confidence and pair them up with matching leggings to make your legs appear longer and less “broken up”.

Dr. Bag Satchels are big this year, and of course my heart is yearning for one of the most expensive one I’ve seen… but how freaking fab is this Brian Atwood leopard print doctor satchel?? Its so roomy in there. I could totally use it as a diaper bag- right? 😉 … a $700 diaper bag.
