Over the years, Mother’s Day has kind of morphed into Mother’s weekend around here– and Mama’s, don’t we deserve more than a day ?? 😉
Saturday is usually filled with visiting, brunching and dinner gatherings with our Mother’s and then on Sunday we get to end the weekend with an easy, breezy, laid back family day– just me, the hubs and the kids– which to me is the best gift ever because with our busy day-to-day, those kind of days are SO very rare.
This year however is going to be a little different seeing as we will be in Virginia Beach for a cheer competition, so our Mother’s Day plans are still kind of up in the air (any and all brunch suggestions in Virginia Beach are welcome)!
No matter what your plans are though or how many days of celebrating you’re doing, we all need to find something to wear!
So, today I am teaming up with 2 of my favorite style-blogging mama’s (and fellow Jersey girls!) and 1 truly MUST VISIT boutique near the Jersey Shore, Unpredictable Juno to give you 3 different outfits to inspire your Mother’s Day style no matter where your day may take you.

The look I put together at Unpredictable Juno is a little edgy and slightly out of the box for what you might typically consider for Mother’s Day– and why not? Edgy and out of the box is fun and leather is a trend that I cannot get enough of.
The dressy jogger pants (also Bishop + Young) are drawstring, super light weight and incredibly comfy. They make you look dressed up and make you feel like you’re wearing a pair of your comfiest pajama pants. Win, win!
I know I will be dressing these up and down all summer long.

Unpredictable Juno has a great mix of unique work, occasion, and casual styles.
When it comes to boutique shopping, I think a lot of us can be intimidated by 2 things: price tags and sizing, but Unpredictable Juno challenges those misconceptions.
Their average prices are on par with many popular department stores– their most expensive item is typically an occasion dress for around $200.
As you can see in the photos, Carly, Sheila and I are all built totally different and we each found a ton of styles when we visited this shop. It wasn’t easy for any of us to choose our final outfits because we all had fallen in love with multiple styles!
In fact, after styling my Mother’s Day look, I ended up purchasing a perfect light weight shag-vest ($68) and super, super cute black sequin romper ($125).
They needed me. I needed them. They called. mah. name. I’ve already worn the shag vest multiple times.
If live in NJ or are around the area, stop by this shop. The owner, Danielle is super sweet and the staff is very helpful (and patient… I think I tried on everything in the store! haha).
If you are out of the area, you can still follow them on Facebook and Instagram and if you see something you like, message them or call the store!
