There is always one year that goes down in the baby book as “the year baby was afraid of characters”, right? For Avs, this is “the year”.
At Christmas time, he LOVED Santa … from a safe distance.
Fast forward to this past weekend, when we attended the Little Me Spring event at Lord and Taylor, hosted by Brianne of Stroller In The City.
Both Laina and Avery were excited to hear they would be taking pics with the Easter Bunny. Infact, Avs was downright ecstatic, repeating “Go see bunny!!”, over and over and over… until… you know… it was bunny time.
The good news is that seeing how excited Delaina was, helped some and we somehow eventually coaxed him into taking this photo as long as I was holding him… on the opposite side of the bunny.

Little Me is a brand that all 3 of our kids wore during their baby/toddler stage, so I was thrilled to check out their spring line and attend their annual spring event.
Little Me’s styles are always classic, well made and affordable. Their dressy baby styles are especially perfect for “take me home” and holiday outfits.

Avs is currently obsessed with every plane, train and automobile he sees and loved his 3 piece Little Me airplane outfit.
I loved the elbow patches, jogger pants and the puffer vest is perfect for the ‘one day its hot, one day its cool’ transitional weather this time of year.
This kid and his faces.
Cracks me up.
Little Me’s spring event took place at Lord & Taylor in NYC and was chock-filled with adorable baby clothes, blanket embroidery and sweet treats by Cakepops PopStar (who coincidentally is from my hometown of Staten Island!).
The kids had a ton of fun noshing on sweets and exploring the isles with Brianne’s littlest, Gemma, and I had a ton of fun scoping out all the dressy spring, baby and toddler styles.
My favorites were the the patch work out outfits for the boys and the ruffly aqua dresses for the girls.
