Nothing like the excitement of a new year. Fresh page. Setting new goals– but staying focused on those goals can sometimes be tricky.
For the past few years I’ve been using a vision board and it has been game-changing.
If you don’t know what a vision board is, it is basically a board of visual images of goals & inspiration to keep focused on achieving the things you want for your life. The idea behind it is that looking at this board daily will help manifest those things into your life. Now some might think “manifesting” is a bit too “hippy-dippy” but it’s not about magically visualizing something into reality. It is about visualizing these things daily so that both consciously and sub-consciously you are working towards them every day to make them your reality.
Now I’m not saying everything you put on your vision board is going to happen over-night– or at all for that matter– but you would be surprised when you look at the end of the year and realize how many of those things you’ve achieved.
Create the highest grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe!

So how do you make your vision board?
There are a few different ways you can do this. Part of the beauty is that there isn’t a right or wrong way to do it.
- Create a pinboard on Pinterest and print it out
- Magazine cutouts
- Mix of both
- One large pinboard or several squares
what you’ll need:
- Pinboard
- posterboard
- scissors
- magazines
- pins or glue
Remember 3 things:
- There is no goal to big or too small – include them all!
- The images you cut out and add don’t have to be literal or make sense to anyone but you.
- Have fun with it!
